Inspired by Jill's previous post, I visited A.D. Barnes Park to search for the Wilson's Warbler near the elevated boardwalk on Friday afternoon. Within 15 minutes the male Wilson's began softly chipping in the dense shrubbery along the fence west of the double-gate. The constant tail flicking of this western vagrant brought back memories of my lifebird at Cape Florida in the early 80's, when Cuban birder, Celestino Yero, pointed out this charcteristic to me.Life is good...................
