I see your point; I wasn't aware of the field guide connection (or disconnect). Guess it makes sense to link personal observations with the guides for the mynas (you never know wattle turn up).

None of them posted (known as lurkers in the internet language). It appears here, as with most web pages that more people look than comment. Point is; Bill's break-out of why the confusion on mynas is very helpful and I appreciate it and hope to see more in that vein on similar topics in the future.
