It was a blustery day at the Refuge. Despite the wind we had numerous Little Blue Herons, Tri-Coloreds and Gr. Egrets. The highlight were THOUSANDS of swallows (I only ID'd Tree Swallows) that were swirling around the impoundments. They looked like more like clouds of smoke. Very cool.

Also a Yellowthroat Warbler in the Cypress Swamp.
