If it's across Cutler Ridge, it's still part of Matheson Hammock i believe. This was part of the old estate. If I'm wrong, I'm sure there will be many others who will come up with the correct answer Felipe. . . .

: Hey birders! Today I went to the place next to Matheson Hammock and some awesome results. Well it started with some Red-winged Blackbirds on the marshy place. Then I had an Eastner Phoebe along with 2 American Kestrals and a Sharp-shinned Hawk. Along the tall pines I saw about 10 Hill Mynas and some type of Parrot.
: This is when the action begin. When I got to the brushy trail I saw 7 White-crowned Pigeons, Blue-gray gnatcatchers, Northern Parulas, Gray Catbirds and a loner Palm Warbler. When I started to enter the secondary trail even deeper in the dense brushes I started to hear a insect type call. After about 10 minutes of mosquito bitting I finally saw the bird which was a WORM-EATING WARBLER. It was about 15 feet up munching on insects. Then finally at the beggining of the trail from the other side (around the marshy place) I saw 2 female Painted Buntings
