While I kept Brennan company for a while today, he heard a Western Tanager call from within the hammock. It came fairly close to the path but we never got a visual. The location was ~50 yards north of the restrooms. If anyone sees the tanager, please let us know if it's banded on the right leg. Thanks very much.
