We took a stroll after lunch to see what was around and were pleased to find a Wilson's Warbler along with many Palms, Yellow-rumps and a few Prairie Warblers. The Common Loon from yesterday was still diving in the bay. Had some ducks moving south along the horizon, too far for a positive ID but wing shape as well as body shape point to Scoters. Yesterday we did a quickie bay/sea watch and came up with 12 Hooded Merganser, Common Loon, Jaeger sp., Scaup sp. and a flyby Green-winged Teal. Good Gull and Tern movement yesterday as well as today. Ring-billed and Herring Gulls flying in from the north at high altitudes heading SE on both days.

Birds are on the move, another cold blast is set to arrive Sunday/Monday. Look ready birds are on the way!

Nature is Awesome
