I am regularly getting two to three Painted Buntings at my feeders. Last year year I had four. I have noticed an overall decrease in total number of birds visiting my feeders during this time period. I use to get the Yellow-chevroned Parakeet regularly but have not seen them in quite some time. Very few birds come to my backyard feeders but I am not sure why. The Painted Buntings are one of the few who will. I have had raptors but not more than last year as far as I know.
