Today,I saw 3 male and 3 female Ring-necked Ducks in the small lake behind the TARGET in Davie at Stirling Rd and University Dr.
This is the lake where 35-40 Ringnecks have wintered the past few years and where the Canvasback was present this past Dec. and Jan.
In other years,Lesser Scaup and Ruddy Ducks have been here with the flock.Hopefully,the numbers of the flock will increase and perhaps something special will show up again
