Just think about how we feel up here when you get tropical species like Cuban Pewee or Thick-billed Vireo. With respects to the ABA as a whole, I'd trade you that pewee for all the ducks, hummingbirds, Red-breasted Nuthatch, Brown Creepers, Golden-crowned Kinglets, wintering sparrows, Pine Siskins and Purple Finch I have had so far this winter.
I will likely make a stop at the Cuban Pewee sometime Friday or Saturday with my fingers crossed.
