We refound the Smooth-billed Anis morning at Matheson Hammock. They are located in the picnic area, closer to the N (main) parking lot than the S lot. Seven of eight were seen today, including young.
Other highlights included Pewee, Empid. sp. (Acadian?), RT Hummingbird, Summer Tanager, and 11 species of warbler: Parula, BT Blue, Yellow-throated, Prairie, Black-and-white, Redstart, Prothonotary, Worm-eating, Ovenbirds (putting on a show), N Waterthrush, and Common Yellowthroat. Bobolinks were flying over (only one actually seen).
