I saw the Black-throated Gray Warbler today at 11:30 a.m. at Matheson
Hammock Park. It was actively feeding in Oak trees directly above the
bathrooms in the park. It took me an hour to find it, while looking for
it I found another 7 Warbler species.

Northern Parula
Yellow-rumped
Black-throated Green
Yellow-throated
Common Yellowthroat
Palm
Wilson's, these seem to be all over the state.

I also had a Ruby-crowned Kinglet and several Yellow-chevroned
Parakeets.

In a weedy field in Homestead at around 8:30 a.m, Brian Rapoza and I
found 4 species of sparrow.

White-crowned
Clay-colored
Grasshopper
Savannah

There was also Norhern Harriers and a White-tailed Kite.

Take the road going to Everglades National Park, this turns into s.w.
392 st. About 2 miles before the entrance to the park, look for s.w.
217 ave. Take a right here and go 2 miles to s.w. 360 st. look for the
weedy field on the left or west side of the road. There are dozens and
dozens of sparrows here. Mostly Savannah, Steve Siegel is the one who
found this spot. Steve had a Lark Sparrow here on November 12. I am
sure that there are more species here. Anyone in the area should check
it out.

The Dark-eyed Junco was has not been seen since I found it on Friday.
At least I got a photo.
