Having just 15-20 minutes this morning, I stayed only in the rooster area, with a quick peek into the boardwalk. Things were extremely quiet, except for mobbing Blue Jays which led me to an FOS Broad-winged Hawk sitting patiently.

As I headed to the car, slight movement overhead alerted me to a Magnolia Warbler. 2 gnatcatchers joined, and the a winter-type feeding flock streamed through the oak canopy, including an FOS Tennessee, a probable female Blackburnian, B&W, Parula, and Prairie. An Ovenbird also called loudly fom the understory.

Within 5 minutes, the flock had moved on and all was again quiet.
