I visited this park about 11:15 a.m. today. I saw all the species Toe mentioned except the Blackburnians. In addition, I saw a Blue-winged Warber in the Oak Trees immediately to the left after entering the park from 72nd ave. In other areas I saw a Chuck-will's-widow and a Brown Thrasher. When I first entered the park there was a pretty large flock of warblers moving through the Oaks.
