PB County--ARMF Lox NWR & Orchard View

I stopped by Orchard View Park in Delray before work. Many red eyed vireos, ovenbirds, one worm eating warbler, redstarts, and bg gnatcatchers.
At the Refuge there were two snail kites along the power lines on 441 and Lee Road. Also--there was a VERY LIGHT colored Great Blue Heron. The head and neck were a light, creamy white--but also kinda fuzzy looking. Would this likely be a juvenile? How white is the Wurdemanns form?
