I didn't see any evidence of any big influx of migrants today. There was last week; however, given that the peak of migration is generally in October, I think you're seeing a buildup as the birds stop before making the big flight to the Caribbean/South America.
I had 4 sp. of warbler(2 Ovenbirds, 2 Redstarts, Pririe, Parula) plus 2 Red-eyed Vireos in my yard near The Falls this past weekend, which is unusual this early.
