Hello Fl. Birders,
Bart Frazier visiting the in-laws here. Today was one of the better days I have had down here, able to break away for a couple of hours. Off of the boardwalk at Tree Tops County Park in Davie, I saw an American Bittern and a Solitary Sandpiper. The Solitary is a first for me in Fl.--nifty stuff. Viewing Water Conservation Area #2 from Markham County Park, I saw no less than 14 Snail Kites chowing down. Nifty nifty stuff.
