I saw a Red-tailed Hawk on Wednesday evening soaring above Cutler Wetland. I believe it is a new bird for Cutler Wetland... at least since we have been keeping records there.
Cutler Wetland and the near by swales all had more water than I've seen in years.... thus nothing much to see except for a few Mottled Ducks.
