The Cuban Pewee was seen this afternoon by me a a few other birders. We saw it from about 4:15 until about 4:40, it called and showed well. It was seen on the nature trail path, where the tree has fallen over part of the trail. It seems to like this area in the hotter part of the day. The mosquitoes are present but not as bad as the day I found the bird. The bird is molting which is a good thing for out of town birders. I don't think that it will be leaving for quite a while.
Also seen today which is a good bird for Florida, was a Canada Warbler! This was seen in the same area as the Cuban Pewee.
