It is the lake to your west when you enter through the main entrance on Tamiami. Google it if you want to know the history behind it. It's one of our favorite spots on campus to bird.
Birding FIU's campus is very enjoyable as there is different habitat in every corner. Get out and bird it, last year our best fall bird was a Canada Warbler. In 2005 Michelle Davis had a Sulfur-bellied Flycatcher @ the DM Pond!
