Hey all,
We arrived at the park yesterday around 3:45 p.m. and were worried due to the rain that was hitting our windshield as we drove up to the turn off for LPK. As we drove up to the spot we lowered our windows and instantly heard the bird calling. We got out of the car and saw the bird no less than 30 seconds later, best of all the bird was within 15 yards of us. Larry, Phillip, Mariel and I had the bird perched right in our face catching bugs and calling. We still can't believe how easy it was for us, all it took was 30 seconds!
