I tried to give more details but my post was rejected. I had to wait a while, I tried again and was able to post what I did.
The birds were fairly close to s.w. 217 ave. and south of what is about s.w. 390 st which is a dirt road that goes west. There is a white tower like thing along this road, the birds were before that.
There were also two White-tailed Kites just west of Lucky Hammock, perched on some pine snags.
