Yesterday I had 15-species of shorebird between Flamingo and Cutler Wetlands:
Black-bellied Plover
Semipalmated Plover
Killdeer
American Avocet
Black-necked Stilt
Willet
Greater Yellowlegs
Solitary Sandpiper
Spotted Sandpiper
Ruddy Turnstone
Semipalmated Sandpiper
Least Sandpiper
Pectoral Sandpiper
Upland Sandpiper three in the farm fields north of 9336
Short-billed Dowitcher

In Flamingo soaring fairly high, were two adult Mississippi Kites! This is the most I have seen together in south Florida.

About a half a mile before you get to the turnoff for Mahogany Hammock, I had a Lark Sparrow feeding along the road.

At the Annex I had two Orchard Orioles but not many warblers. There are still plenty of Alder Flycatchers here.

There were good numbers of shorebirds west of 217 ave. and north of 9336 in the plowed fields.
