The variety of birds changes daily, but today 2 Common Terns were present along with Sandwich and Royal Terns. Least Terns were last seen 2 days ago (only 3). The high number of Black Skimmers (57) 4 days ago changed to 1 today. Black-bellied Plovers have moved on, but Wilsons are showing up. Still large numbers of Semipalmated Plovers, Sanderlings and some Ruddy Turnstones. Only 3-4 Piping Plovers can be found so far. Gulls are increasing daily, but only 1 Herring has shown up so far.
