Burrowing Owl: Fort Lauderdale Exectutive Airport;
take I-95 to exit 32 at State Road 870 (also known as Commercial Boulevard and NW 50th Street) and go west. At 31st Avenue, turn right to Prospect Road, and turn right. Take a left after that onto Executive Airport Perimeter Road. Look around here for the owls. Their burrows should be noticable, and may have plastic perches around them. Dawn and Dusk is best, but may be seen to about 8:00 a.m.

Yellow-throated Warbler- should be seen in any neighborhood with plenty of foliage, mainly in pine and palm trees. You might hear them before you see them.

Scrub Jay- a little farther north than this area. About over an hour drive from Ft. Lauderdale. Best spot closest to you should be Johnathan Dickinson State Park in Jupiter. Ask the rangers on where to find them.

Painted Bunting- may be seen in Tree Tops Park, just east of Ft. Lauderdale, in the town of Davie. There are also a few other warblers in the area, Wilson's Snipe, Wood Stork, and recently a Macgillivray's Warbler was seen around there.

There are much better birds in the area. If you want Smooth-billed Ani, they will be much easier to find than the other birds you have listed. They can be seen almost guaranteed in close range.
Ft. Lauderdale also has some good parrots in the area, including Red-masked, Blue-crowned, and Black-hooded Parakeets, aswell as many Red-crowned Parrots.
