Birds were on the move last night. Radar picked up lots of returns moving south ahead of the front. Lucky for us we had some rain over the night and into the morning which helped bring down migrants. Birds are still aloft as of 12 noon according to radar images. They seem to have made a long flight last night and as of morning birds are taking short hops and moving locally. Migrants may be showing up throughout the day, check out our favorite migrant trap this afternoon to see if you get lucky.
