BAGGS is the short name for Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park. It is located at the tip of Key Biscayne, Miami-Dade County. It opens at 8 AM and closes around dusk. There is an entrance fee. The paved bike path is good during migration, as is the first beach parking area.
