Acadian has longer primary projections than Traill's (Alder & Willow) and much longer than Least. Upper side color is somewhat greener than the others. Least tends to be grayer, while Traill's tend to have more brownish/gray tones. Acadian can be ID's by sight alone. Of course, it's always nice to confirm the visual ID by having the bird call. The difficulty is distinguishing between Alder and Willow, which are almost impossible to ID without the call.
