For the last 3 or 4 years I've seen Bronzed Cowbirds once a year sitting on the fence at the end of my street with the sun shining on it and the red eye blazing......

Sounds like a flock has developed and likes your yard. The displaying Bronze Cowbirds are a sight to see.

Went by Cutler wetland a few minutes ago to find Culter Lake... One Glossy Ibis, Two Mottled Ducks, Three Yellow-legs, Four White-Ibis, Five Dowitcher, Six ......Ooops I almost started singing.....

And a bunch of swallows, mostly Barn. There were a few others mixed in but I couldn't isolate them to ID.
