I am beginning to receive requests for a meeting place from several birders for the TAS Sod Farm Field Trip on August 28, 2010. We will leave the Doc Thomas House at 6:00 a.m. and will be meeting at the entrance of the Holeyland/Rotenberger W.M.A. on U.S. 27 on the Broward/Palm Beach County Line at 7:00 a.m. Hope to see y'all there. Bring scope, binoculars, water, bug spray. We will eat lunch at a restaurant. Life is good......................... watching one of my apprentice plumbers compete in Ann Arbor, Michigan at the 2010 UA International Plumbing Contest against 4 other Americans and 1 Canadian.
