Philip and I went birding in south Dade all of the way to Flamingo in Everglades National Park and then to Cutler Wetlands on Thursday August 5th. We had 62-species for the day with 15-species of shorebird seen. While at Cutler Wetlands, an immature Bald Eagle flew in to catch a Laughing Gull. You can go to the link to see a series of photos.
