Pin-Tailed Wydah

My brother just called me about a black and white finch-type bird with bright red bill and an extremely long tail at the Walmart parking lot in western Kendall Drive. For sure a Pin-tailed Wydah. I know that Larry Manfredi had one as a new yard bird this week also. Wonder if they are starting to spread here.
