December Visit

Hi Folks,

I've been following along here ever since I decided I needed to escape NY for quick trip about 2 weeks ago. I do appreciate your posts and find them very helpful.

I am a Photographer (advanced amatuer) and will be getting to the Everglades 12/6-12/9 then on to Sanibel Island for a few days.

I was wondering if you have any thoughts about visiting the Venice Rookery at that time? Will there be any action or is it too early? I should hit there 12/12 in the morning just for a few hours...or should I stay put near Sanibel? Thanks for your anticipated help!

Thanks for your thoughts, below is a photo I took so you can see the kind of stuff I do. This was taken on Long Island where I live.
