As reported by PEEPS:
The Old and New World races of Black Scoter have been split. The North American breeder is now known as the American Scoter (Melanitta americana), while Black Scoter (M. nigra) of Eurasia remaines the same.
The nominate (Caprimulgus vociferus) and Arizona race of Whip-poor-will (C. v. arizonae) have been split into two species, the Eastern Whip-poor-will (C. vociferus) and Mexican Whip-poor-will (C. arizonae).
Winter Wren has been split into three species, two of which are found in the ABA Area. The species breeding in the Pacific Northwest is now called Pacific Wren (Troglodytes pacificus) and the eastern Winter Wren remains Winter Wren (Troglodytes hyemalis), but notice the species name has changed. Trogodytes troglodytes, the third new species, retains the original scientific name and is now called Eurasian Wren.
Puffinus gravis, is no longer Greater Shearwater, but is now called Great Shearwater.
