Western Spindalis

Yesterday there was a Western spindalis hanging around with two Eastern bluebirds directly across from the first bathroom past the turnoff to the Long Pine Key campground in Everglades National Park. I wonder if this was one of the birds that nested nearby two summers ago? Or one of their young? It flew north and landed in the pines somewhere behind the ranger residence along the road.
