Nov 10 and 11 Birding slow in drive thru, high water! But as always some highlights. I watched and photo
ed and video a Peregrin Falcon eating a Pied bill Grebe. From first to last bite was almost two hours! Also a Greater Black-backed gull,one skimmer,five Marbled Godwits, etc. shorebirds trying not to get blown away by the 20 to 30mph winds. Very few ducks in the area. Had a good time and did not get the "Royal Bithorn" on this trip.
