Yes, it is still possible to see the adults although it most likely won't be as easy as they are out not feeding chicks at the nest tree anymore. I saw one last week flying over the road near the nest tree as I was coming into work. I don't have any updates on the outcome of the nest. The last time I checked there was a nestling sticking its head out and begging for food. It most likely fledged witin a day or two but have not seen it since. But I also haven't looked for it. Too busy chasing other woodpecker species.
