That is a pretty good question. We only have 4 countable parrots/parakeets in Florida:
Budgerigar, Monk, White-winged, and Yellow-chevroned Parakeets. Red-crowned Parrot is probably established, but not countable in Florida. I only think it is established in Texas and California. In a few years, we may be able to count the following: Red-crowned and Orange-winged Parrots, Red-masked, Mitred, and Black-hooded Parakeets. Chestnut-fronted Macaws may be ABA countable in a few years as long as their population is growing this quickly. I saw 13 Chestnut-fronted Macaws two days ago. Blue-and-gold Macaws are not as common. It is a surprise already they have survived poaching this long.

As for the muscovy duck, they are not ABA countable yet. They are only countable in Texas.
Even though their numbers throughout Florida is a couple thousnad, maybe even 10,000, they are not countable. I guess it may be because of their dependanance on public parks and canals.

Hope it helps. -Alex
