First things first, are you using the New Version, or the old version? I like the new one.
Anyway, if the OLD version, click on all sizes. Select the size you want. Underneath the photo, there are 2 boxes, HTML and link. You want the photo link, not the HTML one. Copy that, and paste it into the "Optional Image URL" space on the Birdboard.
If using the NEW version of Flickr, click on the magnifying glass or the picture to take you to the lightbox. on the upper right is View all Sizes. Select the size you want.
Right click the picture and click on properties.
in that box there's an Image URL. Copy that, and paste that in the Optional Image URL space on Birdboard.
