Hey birders, the main attraction for me today was a Yellow-billed Cuckoo on a tropical tree in my neighborhood. My address is 8500 SW 54 ave. It was really neat! Also has some Palm Warblers. Finally I had an unidentified bird. Heres the deatils:
Very secretive
Was on the very top of a tropical tree
was about 5-7 inches long
It had a little pink on the undertail
The bill was thin
The rest of the body was brownish grayish
The call was ziiiip, ziiiip. It was loud.
I know these descriptions are not enough id but at least I know there was something good in my backyard. Great birding!
