RFI - Info on Gulf Coast Oystercatchers

I got this request from our state office looking for someone with information on Oystercatchers related to the following statement:

Biologist at Virginia Coast Reserve has been doing research on oystercatchers. Turns out a ton of these birds as juveniles hang out on Florida s gulf coast. Word is we may lose 20% of the oystercatchers we see in VA due to spill.
