The bird is located at the NW corner of the 332C East detention area. This area is approximately 2.6 miles south of the yellow gate blocking vehicle access to 232nd Avenue, at the intersection of 232nd Ave and 216 st. Just before the detention area, on the east side of 232nd, is an old house that has been overgrown by Burma Reed and Brazilian Pepper. The bird was seen from the house to appx. 50 yards of vegetation between the detention area and 232nd Ave., heading south. The bird was calling repeatedly from when we spotted it until we left at dark (about 30 minutes total). It is illegal for anyone unauthorized to enter the area with a vehicle. Entrance without a vehicle is thought to be okay, but not confirmed. If you enter, it is at your own risk.
