Spent a few days in Key Largo this week. Highlights were black whiskered vireo and the last minute or two of an antillian nighthawk calling at Marathon Airport. Should've arrived 30 minutes earlier. There was also a peacock calling nearby.
At ENP: We saw three very large crows at Anhinga. They sounded distinctly like American Crows--NOT fish crows. Can anyone corroborate?
Also at Anhinga: a bird calling in the hammock that made a "Po-po-po" sound. Any suggestions?
