Prairie warblers at Cape Florida: late migrant or breeding?

A Prairie warbler was seen and heard singing today in the mangrove mitigation area at Cape Florida State Park. Yesterday, two were heard singing near the mangroves. Can anyone give me an idea whether these birds are breeding at the park or whether these are just very late migrants? The Dunn and Garrett guide says that the last migrants pass through Florida in mid-May.
