Hoping for an increase in bird activity due to the westerly winds last night, I again joined Wally this morning at Hugh Taylor Birch Park. The bird of the day (as of when I left) was a WILSON'S WARBLER in a fruiting ficus tree along the main park road around 400ft. north of the northern edge of the playground. Yesterday's Merlins were still present, as well as at least 2 Eastern Wood Pewees.
