Yes, I only provide county level info for e-bird.
The LaSagra's was about 30' past the two large royal palms that form a "gateway" on to the Anhinga trail. When disturbed it flew to some of the taller willows just past the entrance to the first wooden boardwalk on the Anhinga trail (only visible by scanning from the boardwalk).
The shiny cowbirds were in the mowed grassy area about 150-200 yards ENE of the entrance to the main building at Flamingo. There were two flocks ~ 100 yards apart.
