Blackpolls are routinely observed in Florida in late May. The latest "spring" date is 9 July 1971 (Dry Tortugas National Park), according to The Birdlife of Florida (Stevenson and Anderson 1994). There may be more recent late dates but I didn't search for them.
Somebody local will have to give the latest date for Miami-Dade County.
