The Town of Davie just completed a park called Owl Lookout Park at the NE corner of Flamingo Road and SW 26th Street. The town has installed artificial burrows and PVC roost for the owls. They also plan on having observation areas for the public. I pass it every day and usually see Burrowing Owls standing outside of their burrows. It is also within a mile or so of Flamingo Gardens and Broward County's Pine Island Ridge Park.
