Trey, Rock, Judd, Tito (not Jackson), and I converged on Cutler Wetlands this afternoon and found a nice assortment of shorebirds which included at least 8 White-rumped Sandpipers. The best views were had from the back of the apartment complex looking east towards the middle of the wet area. A very enjoyable shorebird fix.

We saw:

White-rumped Sandpiper (8)
Semipalmated Sandpiper (~15)
Western Sandpiper (2)
Least Sandpiper (~20)
Stilt Sandpiper (3)
Solitary Sandpiper
Solitary Sandpiper
Solitary Sandpiper (somehow, saying there were 3 is an oxymoron)
Greater Yellowlegs (2)
Lesser Yellowlegs
Long-billed Dowitcher (2)
Semipalmated Plover (a few)
Black-necked Stilt (a few)
