Our Kansas party stopped at the Dagny Johnson Botanical State Park on Key Largo yesterday and while we were there we observed a singing Black-whiskered Vireo with one red and one silver band on the right leg. This was between the entrance and the restroom on the paved path. I assume someone might be interested in this sighting. Thanks again to TAS for this birdboard. At least 4 people in our group went over 500 on their Lower 48/ABA life lists and most got at least a dozen lifers. Great trip. Back to the land of prairie-chickens and longspurs for us but the Florida memories will be lasting ones.
