Pranty's description of Cecil Webb is still current. It is an excellent place to look for RCW, BHN and also Bachman's Sparrow. For RCW make sure you look for white painted bands around the nesting trees. ALSO critical you must be near the nesting holes one hour before sunset or early morning when they are near them. Listen for a more PEK PEK versus a PIC PIC of the Downy Woodpecker. I think the closet colony is the first major road that turns off to the left. Good luck.
